We will be in touch regularly by email or by Upwork. We use this platform to work closer to our clients supporting them until the process of creation and the deliverables are completed.
HOW DO I PAY YOU?
We use Quickbooks and the Wave app for contracts and invoicing. We accept credit card payments.
ARE DEPOSITS REQUIRED?
Before starting any project, we require a 50% deposit to secure your spot.
CAN YOU DESIGN A SHOPIFY, WORDPRESS OR SQUARESPACE WEBSITE?
We can work in any platform, and have experience working with all platforms. Depending on the project, we will recommend the specific platform that best fits with your brand and structure needs.
A detailed feedback exchange and initial briefing wherein you explain the project and what you expect to receive is key to a successful branding or web design experience.
Prices do not include printing costs, Squarespace fees, Domain fees, stock photography, fonts, and graphics that may need to be purchased for your project. I will require approval from you before I make any purchases and the cost will be added to the final invoice.
The final 50% will be paid when the project is completed before we send any deliverables or launch your site.
Timeline and communication
Communication is key when it comes to successfully working together. We use Upwork to actively keep in touch, as well as email. Slow communication will result in slow turnaround times.
Any and all website copy is required in order to create your website.
